Adding a Personnel Account

Click “Add” button (see Figure 14)

Enter new Account ID – Figure 15 (see Standard Conventions section for naming convention)

Press the tab key or click in the field in which you wish to enter information

Type in password (see Standard Conventions section)

Type in preferred First Name

Type in Last Name

Type in Phone Number - Use format of 999-999-9999

Use address line 2 for additional address information (optional)

Type in city (optional)

Type in state (optional)

Type in zip code (optional)

Click on “Save” button to save or click on “Cancel” button to ignore changes

Note: After clicking save or cancel, the main Personnel Management screen will appear. To manage Video Servers, Doctors, Personnel or to manage “My Account”, see next section – “Managing My Account”

Searching for Personnel (see Figure 16)

Note: Use only when there are more than 10 members per screen

Type in Personnel Account ID, First Name, or Last Name in the Search field

Click “Search” button to complete the search (see Figure 17)

Click on Account ID to make changes or to view information

Deleting a Personnel Account (see Figure 18)

Use Search or Click on Account ID to be deleted

Click “Delete” button to delete

Click “OK” button to confirm deletion; otherwise Click “Cancel” button (see Figure 19)

Note: After clicking “OK”, the main Personnel Management screen will be displayed

Updating a Personnel Account (see Figure 18)

Use Search or Click on Account ID to be updated

Click on field to be changed

Enter new information

Click “Update” button to be taken back to the main Personnel Management screen
